| La musique rap française
The objective of our project was to examine the legal, social and cultural impact of rap music in France. Our hypothesis was that rap music would have both a positive and negative impact on French society, particularly in relation to young people. We discovered that there is a lot of controversy surrounding rap music in France but also that some people who have been outcast from traditional French culture have used rap in a positive way to express their views and to improve their lives.
